Lakes Membership Benefits
  • Every season is packed full of social events.
  • Gourmet or casual dining experiences are offered in our main dining room, alfresco terrace, or intimate private wine cellar. 
  • Golf and Racquet Center shops are complete with the latest equipment and fashion apparel.
  • Memberships include spouse or cohabitant and immediate family members; children under 25 years of age.
  • Guests and family are welcome when accompanied by a Member; a nominal fee is required.
Residential Social Membership
Included in the HOA Dues when owning a Lakes residence is a Social Membership. Members benefit from the use of the Clubhouse, pools, Racquet Center, and our Lifestyle & Wellness Center.
Residential Golf Membership
The Residential Golf Membership is offered as an enhancement to our Lakes' homeowners who wish to receive access to our golf amenities.
Non-Residential Golf Membership
The Non-Resident Golf Membership has reached its cap and is currently sold out.
Introductory Golf Membership
The Introductory Golf Membership is offered to Residential Social Members. This is a one-time opportunity with limited play, yet unlimited access to all practice areas. Available only to our Social Members who have never held a Lakes' Golf Membership.
Summer Golf Program
The Summer Golf Program is offered as an additional experience to Residential Social Members. Unlimited playing privileges June 1 - September 30. They receive the same golf benefits as our Golf Members.
Tenant Golf Privileges

Tenants renting from a golf property Only

  • Tenant Golf Packages one month and three month
    • Access to ForeTees to make tee times seven (7) days in advance
    • May bring guests to play rounds
    • May use the practice facilities during their package time frame
  • Tenants not purchasing golf packages
    • May play golf rounds as they go by making their tee times directly with the Pro Shop up to seven (7) days in advance
    • Regular greens fees apply only
    • May only use the practice facilities on their tee time golf day
    • May not bring guests to play golf rounds – including family members
    • May only charge their golf rounds to their tenant account
  • Tenant Practice Facilities Package – monthly 
    • May only use the practice facilities unlimited
    • Does not include golf rounds, must still make tee times in Pro Shop and pay as you go
    • Regular greens fees apply only
    • May not bring guests to play golf rounds.
